Set Up

Logo

  1. To set your logo visit your profile by clicking on the empty profile image on the top right of your screen

 

  1. Click 'My Account' then 'Manage Profile' tab

 

  1. Upload your preferred logo. Recommended file size is 170px wide x 70px high in format .jpeg, .jpg or .png only

Drag and drop your preferred logo, click 'Update'

OR click 'Upload File', 'click to browse', once you have uploaded your preferred logo click 'Close'

 

  1. Click 'Update' on the bottom of the screen to save your changes

 

Account Settings / Personal Information

  1. To access your profile click on your name / company name on the top right of the screen

 

  1. Click 'My Account'

 

  1. 'Manage Account' tab

You will be able to add / edit your display name, email and manage your log in password

 

  1. 'Manage Profile' tab

You will be able to edit your personal information and logo

 

Pricing Calculator Set Up / Settings

  1. To access the pricing calculator settings click the settings button (gear image) on the Price Calculator page

 

  1. View Mode options

Retail

Retail mode will represent the retail price estimate you will charge your customer

All users are initially set up with a retail uplift of x 2.7. You can change this figure at any time in the settings.

Wholesale

Wholesale mode will represent the wholesale price estimate from Twin Plaza Metals

Admin password set up

If you would like to keep your view mode and retail uplift locked you can restrict access by creating an admin password to this section

We recommend this admin password to be different from your log in password to the Pricing Calculator

Please contact your local showroom if you have forgotten your admin password

 

  1. Click 'Save'

 

  1. If you have created a settings admin password be sure to go back into the settings, click 'Admin Log Out'

 

The settings of the pricing calculator will now be locked

 

How to Use

Quoting

  1. Pricing is an estimate, your quote will be valid for that day only

 

  1. Make sure you are on the correct View Mode before quoting a customer

 

Changing the Inside Profile

Flat fit

A flat fit will be quoted on a standard ring code eg. F111

Easy fit

To add an easy fit to the ring code simply add a 'J' to the second position of the code eg. FJ111

Contour Fit

To add a contour fit to the ring code simply add a 'C' to the second position of the code eg. FC111

 

Save a Quote

  1. 'Customer Reference' - This field is required to save or order

 

  1. Click 'Save Quote'

 

Saved Quotes

  1. To find saved quotes click 'Load A Saved Quote'

 

  1. Quotes will not expire or be removed

 

  1. Be sure to click the 'Discard' button on any saved quotes that are not a go ahead order to save confusion

 

Ordering

  1. 'Customer Reference' - This field is required to save or order

 

  1. Click 'Save Quote'

 

  1. Thoroughly check all details are correct before placing an order

 

  1. Click 'Order' towards the bottom of the page

 

  1. Once ordered you will receive an order confirmation to your email

You will not receive this confirmation straight away so be sure to check it later on

 

  1. Check all details carefully and advise us immediately of any changes

 

 

Important

Saved Quotes

When you access a saved quote on a different day you will notice the price has changed. This new price is the current daily price.

Saved quotes will appear as the view mode your computer is set to (wholesale/retail)
